11th JULY
Farmers’ Breakfast Briefing –
Upgrading and refinancing on-farm AD plants

Sponsored by:

The UK farming sector is at a crossroads, with Defra having recently consulted on replacing payments from the EU’s Common Agricultural Policy with an environmental land management system that would reward the provision of public goods such as reducing emissions and improving soil quality, both benefits that can be provided by AD. In the meantime, there are huge opportunities for upgrading and refinancing the UK’s more than 300 existing on-farm AD plants to improve plant efficiency, performance, and profitability. This session will explore how farmers and investors can make the most of these opportunities.
