Rachel works as part of our senior leadership team. Her role involves building and maintaining successful business relationships with our clients, developing our employment law services and continuing to grow our business.
She provides practical and commercially viable employment law advice and assistance in all areas of employment law. This includes unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, TUPE, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and settlement agreements. Rachel attends redundancy, dismissal and other similar meetings alongside employers, to offer guidance and support when dealing with complex matters.
Having obtained her HABC Level 3 Award in Education and Training, she delivers employment law training to supervisors, managers, directors and HR professionals on all areas of employment law across the UK.
