Position: Technical Support Manager
As ADBA’s Technical Support Manager Sam aims to visit and support operators and assist them with: compliance, policy changes, troubleshooting, organise training or network with other members to facilitate the continued development of a high performing industry.
Coming from a farming family in Yorkshire Sam initially studied in Northern Ireland where energy and sustainability became his key focus. Following this he undertook a Green Technology placement in Beijing after which he went on to read Renewable Energy at Newcastle University.
Following his Post Graduate studies he worked for an AD operations and maintenance company, assisting site operators with daily maintenance, biology, generating maintenance plans, collating harvest data and producing monthly reports for investors and management on site performance alongside the data analysis of the sites KPI’s.
