- Ultrasonic Disintegration Systems for Biogas Plants:
- By using ultrasound, substrates are broken down at the cellular level, accelerating fermentation and increasing biogas yield. Additionally, the flow properties of the substrate improve, reducing the power required for pumps and agitators and minimizing floating layer problems.
- Ultrasonic Disintegration Systems for Wastewater Treatment Plants:
- In wastewater treatment plants, ultrasonic disintegration can reduce the amount of sludge requiring disposal by up to 15%, increase biogas yield by up to 25%, and improve dewatering performance by up to 12%. It also helps reduce polymer consumption and excess sludge production.
