Bio: Jo Chapman, Director at Chapman Beck Ltd, has 20 years’ experience in the waste and farming permitting and compliance sector as a regulator, operator, and consultant. Jo Chapman started her career as a local Environment Officer for the Environment Agency, regulating the farming and waste sectors. After leaving the Agency she worked as a permitting consultant and compliance manager for a food waste AD operator. Over the past 10 years now in full time consultancy, Chapman Beck Limited has been as the main technical advisor on several major food and farm waste bespoke installation AD projects in England and Scotland. Chapman Beck Limited also supports individual AD plant operators on an ongoing operational basis, with respect to permit compliance, compliance with APHA approvals in biogas, and PAS110 certification and compliance.
Jo Chapman holds an AD WAMITAB and is currently in the role of operator representative for the PAS110 certification scheme.
