Bio: Matthew is a seasoned biogas operations professional. Having had a lead role in the development, delivery and running of two major agricultural biogas sites in Suffolk, he was instrumental in transitioning one from 100% crop fed to 40% crop fed and 60% manures, straws and by-products. He holds a BSc Hons in Agricultural Technology from Queens University Belfast. Building on his experience as Operations Director in his previous employment he now operates Greentech4 Ltd a biogas operations consulting business. Areas of expertise include, site design, process design, biological monitoring/optimisation, feedstock selection/management, technology appraisal, project design and management, onboarding/managing relevant third-party professionals and liaising with authorities such as Ofgem, UKPN, and the EA for site compliance.
