BioG GmbH

About

BioG, headquartered in Utzenaich in Austria, develops, plans, manufactures and operates technical plants to generate energy from residual materials. Residual materials are materials that were previously unused, such as field residues (maize straw, rape straw, etc.), catch crops and manure. But food waste is also one of BioG’s basic materials for the world’s most commonly used gas, methane (CH4).

Products & Services

BioChipper – harvesting technology
BioCrusher – complete system for integration into biogas plants
BioFeeder – feeding technology
BioMerge – mixing system with foreign matter separator

We design and build independent processing systems that are already in use in many countries around the globe. BioG offers all the necessary technical components without interfaces, from harvesting technic to dosing, defibration, liquefaction and input into the biogas plant. But we also support our customers in the operation of the plant in technological as well as biological matters. With our know-how, we help you to ideally implement the value chain from harvesting to feeding into the fermentation process.

Together with the plant constructor or operator, we discuss and analyse the possibilities of the basic materials that are available and precisely coordinate the technology required for this.
