Umwelt- und Ingenieurtechnik GmbH Dresden (UIT) is a German manufacturer and supplier of bioreactors, biogas test plants and pilot plants.
With the focus to deliver high quality and reliable plants, our biogas test plants help to optimize processes for biogas plant operation and provide useful tools for substrate analysis, research and development with the goal to optimize digester operation and maximize methane production.
Bioreactor systems of the proven BTP series from UIT GmbH Dresden are commonly used in research and pilot applications. The reactors are available as simple single unit reactors as well as complex, customized multi-stage reactors. Reactor sizes from about 5 liters up to 1000 liters can be realized. Depending on the requirements and size, the reactors are made of glass, glass and polymers or stainless steel.
A wide range of proven sensors (e.g. pH, LDO, Redox, Con, etc.) is available as measurement technology. In addition, pump systems (feed, discharge, pH control) can be integrated into the system. Peristaltic pumps, eccentric screw pumps or syringe pumps can be used for this purpose. The bioreactor plants can be equipped with complex gas analyzers (CH4, CO2, O2, H2S and H2). A powerful automation system forms the interface to the user and ensures ccomfortable operation.
